Re-Closer and Regulator School

The Superintendent and Foreman’s Recloser and Regulator School encompasses voltage regulator installation, controls, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Training of internal components is emphasized, as well as different types of control panels. Recloser and Regulator hands-on training includes; System Protection and Coordination, installation, controls, and fusing. In addition to learning about automated types of equipment, each student is taught maintenance and troubleshooting for single-phase and three-phase reclosers.
