Exhibitor Registration

The Association of Louisiana Electric Cooperatives invites you to participate in our 2023 Annual Meeting, July 23-25, at the Renaissance Hotel in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This is an excellent business opportunity to gain one-on-one contact with cooperative board of directors, general managers, and key employees. The cost per exhibitor table will be $800.00 prior to July 1, 2023. This ensures that you will be listed in all conference registration materials and will receive priority in your table location. Exhibit space will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The exhibit fee for exhibitors registering after July 1, 2023 will be $1,000.00.

Exhibitors with booths attending the meeting will receive two tickets to all speakers and networking events. If you need additional tickets for these events there will be a $400 per attendee fee.
