Exhibitor Registration

The Association of Louisiana Electric Cooperatives invites you to participate in our 2021 Annual Meeting, July 25-27, at the Renaissance Hotel in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.   This is an excellent business opportunity to gain one-on-one contact with cooperative board of directors, general managers, and key employees.  Based on the past years, we expect approximately 160 attendees.

The cost per exhibitor table will be $800.00 prior to July 1, 2021.  This ensures that you will be listed in all conference registration materials and will receive priority in your table location.  Exhibit space will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.  The exhibit fee for exhibitors registering after July 1, 2021 will be $1,000.00.

Exhibitors with booths attending the meeting will receive two tickets to all speakers and hotel networking events.   If you need additional tickets for these events there will be a $350 per attendee fee.  In addition to the events being hosted at the Renaissance Hotel, there will be a networking opportunity at TopGolf Baton Rouge.  Registration for this event is separate from exhibitor reservations.  Please see the attached forms for additional information.

Sponsorship/ Exhibitor Agreement

Please complete this form. Payments are due before July 1, 2021, to assure that your company is listed in all conference materials as a sponsor. Companies will not be listed as sponsors unless the sponsorship fee is paid in full by July 1, 2021.
  • If the preferred name is your first name, please re-type your first name.
  • Exhibitors with booths attending the meeting will receive two tickets to all speakers and hotel networking events.
  • Using the plus sign function, please list any additional attendees from your company and their title. Please use proper punctuation and upper/lower case for name badge purposes. (e.g.: John Smith, Director) Please note that each person listed will have an add on fee of $350.
  • Sponsorship levels Guest Services through Platinum have Exhibitor Fee with a Table included.
