Members First Conference Sponsorship and Vendor Registration

This is an excellent business opportunity to gain one-on-one contact with electric cooperative employees representing a variety of departments. Approximately 75 co-op employees are expected to attend, including managers, supervisors, department directors, and frontline employees.

Sponsorships secured by Nov. 30, 2022, will ensure that sponsors will be listed in all conference registration materials and will receive priority in table location. Exhibit space will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibitors attending the meeting must register. The registration fee is $375. This will include admission to all conference activities, including educational sessions, meals, breaks, and social events.

In order to increase traffic in the vendor’s area, conference attendees will be given a vendor card. After visiting with you at your booth, they will ask you to initial your booth on the card. When a conference attendee has visited every vendor present, they will be placed in a drawing for a special door prize. We will also host networking events in the vendor’s area to encourage attendees to visit your booth. We believe this program structure will maximize your opportunity to personally interact with attendees.

The 2023 Members First Conference also provides sponsorship opportunities for vendors, even if you are unable to attend the meeting. Please review our sponsorship form enclosed in the Exhibitors packet.

• Gold Sponsor ($1,500)

Gold sponsors will be listed, and their logo displayed in the meeting brochure (large-size), in the meeting program, and on signage displayed throughout the meeting. Sponsorship fee includes two registrations to all seminars and networking events. As a bonus, Gold Sponsors will receive one vendor exhibit table at the entrance to the vendor room with a sign designating the Gold Sponsorship level as well as a speaking opportunity.

• Silver Sponsor ($1,000)

Silver sponsors will be listed, and their logo displayed in the meeting brochure (medium-size), in the meeting program, and on signage displayed throughout the meeting. Sponsorship fee includes one registration to all seminars and networking events. As a bonus, Silver Sponsors will receive one vendor exhibit table with a sign designating the Silver Sponsorship level.

• Bronze Sponsor ($750)

Bronze sponsors will be listed in the meeting brochure, in the meeting program (small-size), and on signage displayed throughout the meeting. As a bonus, Bronze Sponsors will receive one vendor exhibit table with a sign designating the Bronze Sponsorship level.  Exhibitors attending the meeting will also have to register.  The conference registration fee $375.  This will include admission to all seminars and networking events.

• Guest Services Sponsor ($500)

Guest Services Sponsorships provide conference attendees with food, beverage and entertainment.  Sponsor benefits include printed recognition in the official meeting program and a sign with your company’s name and logo at the sponsored event. Guest Services Sponsors will also be allowed to display printed materials at their designated event.
