ALEC Names Aarron Graham as Interim CEO

The Association of Louisiana Electric Cooperatives (ALEC) has appointed Aarron Graham to Interim CEO, effective October 21, 2025.

Graham has served ALEC for 19 years, bringing extensive experience in disaster recovery, mutual aid coordination, safety, and training. Throughout his career, he has shown strong leadership and a deep commitment to supporting Louisiana’s electric cooperatives and their members.

As Interim CEO, Graham will lead ALEC’s daily operations and initiatives. His experience and dedication will help ensure a steady transition for the organization.

Graham will serve as Interim CEO until the board makes a permanent appointment.
