


The Board of Directors of the Association of Louisiana Electric Cooperatives (ALEC) has officially appointed Aarron Graham as Chief Executive Officer.
Graham has served as Interim CEO since the fall of 2025, providing steady leadership and strategic direction for the association during a period of transition. Prior to this role, he led ALEC’s Safety and Loss Control department, where he played a key role in advancing safety initiatives and supporting member cooperatives across the state.
“I am honored to lead the Association and assist the electric cooperatives in our state,” said Graham. “In a time of constant change within the electric industry, I am committed to supporting our cooperatives and adapting to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead.”
Graham brings more than 19 years of experience serving electric cooperatives, along with a deep understanding of the industry and a strong commitment to the cooperative mission.
His appointment reflects ALEC’s confidence in his leadership and dedication to serving Louisiana’s electric cooperatives and the communities they power.
