The Louisiana Electric Cooperative Superintendent and Foreman’s Underground school is designed as an introductory course focusing on basic underground principles, safety guidelines, proper installation, and methods and procedures. This course contains valuable content for electric cooperative apprentice line workers or other qualified line workers.
